What is the store's return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless your order arrives broken or you recieve the wrong product. Thanks for your understanding!

How long does it take for packages to be shipped?

Please allow for up to 14 days (2 weeks) for us to ship out your package!

How long does it take for packages to arrive?

We are unable to do much after we send out the package, so unfortunately we cannot tell you exactly how long delivery will take!

However, through previous experience, shipping to anywhere within the United States usually takes a week or less. Shipping internationally often takes longer, usually one to two months. If you are in the EU, you may be subjected to VAT and Customs fees, which may also delay delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot control this process so we apologize for the delayed times!

Depending on the current state of the postal system, such as during winter holidays, shipping may take longer. 

What should I do if my item arrives broken or I receive the incorrect item?

If this happens, don't hesitate to contact us either through the Contact Form or through social media!

Please provide photo proof of the broken or incorrect item and we'll send out a replacement for it as soon as we can.

What if my item never arrives?

If you are in the United States, please allow for at least two weeks before assuming that the order is lost in the mail. If you are an international customer, please allow for at least one month after the delivery date.

If the package still doesn't arrive within these times, please contact us and we'll send a replacement right away!

A product I wanted is currently out of stock. What should I do?

Please contact us to let me know about products you'd like to be restocked! We'll try our best!
